Condo is located on Isla Del Sol (Island of the Sun), which is anchored by an 18-hole golf course that covers the entire island. It is on Boca Ciega Bay and has a private beach and is steps away from a private, heated pool.

The Island is ideally located close to Tampa Airport, St. Pete Beach, Sarasota, and Tampa. Disney World, in fact, is only 80 minutes north on interstates.

Our ground floor condo (which is maintained in like-new condition) has two bedrooms, two baths, living/dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and ensuite laundry. It sleeps six utilizing the sleeper sofa. It is completely equipped, very beautifully furnished, and excellently maintained by a local property management company. If any service need occurs, a call to our management company will resolve the issue. We continually upgrade the unit and it is truly immaculate. Ceramic tile was recently laid throughout excluding the two bedrooms in which new carpteting was just laid. A reserved parking space is located at the front door of the condo. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

Everyone refers to the Island as a paradise because of the location/amenities that are so unique and attractive. The Island itself allows for a level of privacy that is not available in the surrounding area even though that area is readily accessible. The Shoppers Village on the Island provides the basics including a post office, a coffee shop, two smaller restaurants, an upscale women's clothing store, a cleaners, a bank and a few offices occupied by real estate agencies, etc. It maintains the "village" atmosphere as opposed to a strip mall.
